About the Award
Great educationists develop children’s spirit of inquiry and unleash their creativity. The Prabodhak Puruskar aims to recognise thought leaders and role models who enable this across the world.
The winners will be felicitated in a formal ceremony on 5th February 2021, and their stories will be featured in The Plus magazine.
Applications are open to mentors and teachers with experience of working with children of any age group.
How to Apply
We are looking for skilled leaders who apply innovative approaches to assist the growth and development of children, all the while acting as guides and role models.
There are two modes of participation:
- Teachers: Nominate Self
- School Principals: Nominate Outstanding Staff
Selection Criteria
The winners of this prestigious award will be selected by a panel composed of experts from government, industry, and academia. All applications will be judged based on the scale of impact made to students’ lives.
The measurement criteria includes:
- Can-do attitude and drive to make a difference
- Innovative ways of delivering content
- Going beyond the conventional curriculum
- Acting as a guide and role model for students
- Exceptional feedback and testimonials from students and parents
- Willingness to enable holistic growth of children
